Social media has made it easy to reach our connections: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and good ol' email keep you within reach of your people. 

Oh, and all those people? They're doing the same thing:  Connecting to people, who are connecting to people (and so on).

You can see where this is going.  With  a few minutes of the team's help  each day, we harness and leverage those connections to create a network of candidates and sources specifically  for the organization.  Recruiting becomes a normal part of everyone's job.
